We stand behind our work. If there's an issue with our printing, we'll make it right. Here's exactly what's covered and what's not.
Our Promise
At UNIK Print & Design, we take pride in delivering premium DTF prints. If your order arrives with a defect caused by our printing process, we will reprint or refund your order at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What's Covered (We'll Fix It)
Printing Defects
Faded colors, smudges, misaligned prints, or peeling caused by our printing process.
Wrong Item Shipped
You received a different garment color, size, or product than what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit
Items that arrive visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Missing Items
Part of your order is missing from the package.
What's NOT Covered
Low-Resolution Artwork
If your uploaded artwork is low quality or low resolution, the print will match what was provided. We print exactly what you see in the mockup preview. Our system warns you if your image is below 150 DPI.
Color Variations
Slight color differences between your screen and the final print are normal due to monitor calibration and fabric color. DTF prints are vibrant but may not be an exact screen match.
Design Errors
Typos, incorrect artwork, or design placement issues that were present in your approved mockup. Always review your mockup carefully before ordering.
Garment Sizing
Garments that don't fit as expected. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Sizes follow manufacturer specifications.
Wash & Care Damage
Damage caused by improper washing or care. Follow the care instructions included with your order for best results.
Change of Mind
Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
Important: Art Quality Disclaimer
By placing an order with UNIK Print & Design, you acknowledge and agree that:
- 1.The final print will match the quality and resolution of the artwork you upload.
- 2.You are responsible for reviewing and approving the mockup preview before checkout.
- 3.No reprints or refunds will be issued for artwork quality issues, including pixelation, low resolution, or incorrect designs.
- 4.This disclaimer is accepted at checkout and timestamped for your records and ours.
How to Request a Reprint or Refund
Contact Us
Email us or call within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We Review
Our team will review your claim within 1 business day and determine if it qualifies.
Resolution
If approved, we'll reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
